Toyota Prado 2025 Missing Piece - Need some help/guidance with this
Hi everyone, I got into an accident about 2 months ago in the desert with my Toyota Prado GXL, it was self imposed and the damage was significant.
This is the message that they sent me:
"We would like to update you that the progress of your vehicle Toyota Prado (Plate No. 37014) is currently on hold due to the unavailability of the engine compartment wire harness.
We have checked the part in our local stock as well as across all GCC countries, however, the required harness is not available anywhere in the region.
As this is a special-order part and no supplier keeps this harness in regular stock, we have now placed an order directly with the supplier. The estimated delivery time is approximately 3 months."
I'm happy to be patient but paying for a rental every day as my insurance, unfortunately, does not cover the cost of the incident in this scenario.
I'm reaching out to see if anyone has had an issue like this before or knows anyone I might be able to talk to that might be able to get the pieces needed.
