Goal is to hit $500k TC and $2M NW in the next 5 years. Stay or leave current company?
I’ve been at the same place a while in a LCOL area. Approaching $1M NW and currently make ~$225 TC but am bottom third of band. I should get some sort of promo in the next year or so, but would again be near bottom of next band which would be about $300k TC.
Should I start pursuing external opportunities or wait it out knowing my income growth target?
