I haven't received a response from Synology Support for 3 days so I'm bringing this here...

I pulled a healthy drive while the unit was powered on. I immediately reinserted it, but the volume went into Read-Only mode and the NAS began beeping. The drives are healthy, and it was a user error.

In my ticket, I asked "Can engineering please SSH in and attempt to clear the Read-Only flag so I can repair the array?"

I'm hoping the above can happen, but I've waited 3 days and am wondering if I should just use the "Repair storage pool" option. If I do so, do I lose data? Can I still use my NAS? Is that my best option to retain material?
