Would U read a book or a novel story that is about amphibians. The core of the story is magic,post-apocalyptic, human extinction, Evolution and survival.Yes or no and why
The story maybe divided in 2 or 3 novel for a deep story and explore the world is build on because is very rich in culture ,background and conflict
This is an adventure fantasy but, also is dark with horror.
Main story : A group of 3 amphibian friends that don't have anything in this world except each other are trying to survive in this dangerous world .Together they will travel to new lands, old ruins ,explore the mysteries of this world , uncovering the truth of past and working to save their world from a powerful villain.
But also they must survive not only the villain threats but also other dangers that this world holds like other creatures that want to eat them , technology that attack them like robots or others amphibians cause in general amphibians in this universe are divided in their own groups and species so there a lot of xenophobia . But there only few villages that contain multiple species and live in peace but this is very rare. But in general each species and groups is divided in their own villages .
One of the biggest threats will be environmental problems like Acid rain , Habitat destruction and Changes on the environment that are unnatural.
THIS WORLD IS NOT A FRIENDLY STORY BUT RATHER A SURVIVAL STORY AND HOPE
The villain is not evil because he want to but because he have a complex backstory and belief in his mission No matter the cost.
This take place millions years in the future after humans went extinct.
Amphibians are the ruler or the dominant species with civilizations, religions, cultures and kingdoms and villages.
The story take place in a medieval time but with many cultures.
There is magic but is more complex than other stories .
Because magic in this distand future have evolve with specific traits for example if you are born as wolverine frog ( this species can break it bones to defend itself against enemies ) so in my story they have evolved with the magic and instead of breaking their bones they fuse together biological and magical mix to make their own biological dagger with magic .And the same apply to every amphibian species and their own special abilitiea .But if an amphibian learn how to use other magical powers like spells then that amphibians become very powerful because it can use their power for good or evil.
But many of the landscape look odd because there was a fight in the past.
Axolotl are very spiritual and are treat as guardians but no one in this story has ever see one or not for a very long time. And many think they never existed or they are extinct.
Also in the novel there is a very powerful story and many amphibians will say this story legend as a campfire story or to make their kid fall sleep but only the axolotls know the real story and the meaning of it and also they are they only one that know what happen in the past and what will happen in the future.
I have the first draft almost done but I need to start working on the chapters but I also have the first chapter almost done.
Now the question is will you read it or no because I'm have a lot of self doubt wether if people would like this .
I want to be an author but more specific on amphibians cause I want to dedicate my life to advocate their protection and educate the public.So future generations can see amphibians not as dumb or ugly animals but as important keystone species and very important to our world in culture and medicines. Because even if many don't believe amphibians can have the cure for many diseases and virus.
