After 20 years of working online I'm retiring this year and have started to sell off my online assets, but it's hard to find real buyers. The largest marketplace, Flippa, is full of tire kickers for anything under 10k who will bid 10 bucks just to feel special, and some others just seem like they were created for the owners to churn out starter sites to newbies who don't know any better.

Anyone have suggestions or experiences they'd like to share? Sound off!!
