The first picture was from 2022 when I was around 350 lbs. Over the last four years I managed to lose a little over 100 pounds by counting calories and lifting weights. I developed so much more confidence after losing the weight, and while I definitely didn’t enjoy being that heavy, I was never hard on myself about it. I wanted to lose the weight because I loved myself, not because I hated myself. And after doing so, I got a couple of tattoos to celebrate, and a couple of tattoos quickly turned into a couple dozen tattoos. I’ll sometime gain some weight here and there as you do, but as long as I’m eating healthy and staying active I don’t stress. I was a pretty happy guy even while 350 lbs, but I can confidently say that I am much happier now.
