I’ve had bad low back pain over the last 3 days, with brownish spotting starting today. It’s remained pretty constant all day.

Trying to be hopeful but after 4 losses I feel like this is just going to end in the same. Don’t know what to do😢

I feel like I gave it everything for this pregnancy, on blood thinners, baby aspirin, loratadine. The only thing I can think of is progesterone but this was measured at 63 and was told this was quite high for natural progesterone. I’m at a loss

Anyone had any success in making pregnant/mum friends? A lot of my friends are not at this stage in life and I don’t think will be for a while
