So I am 185ish (6’0) after a spinal injury dropped me from 187cm (6’1). My hip bone sits at 117cm (3’10) my femurs are 70cm (2’3.5) and my arm span is 206cm (6’9). To say I’m lanky doesn’t do it justice. I have almost no torso.

My question is for the other lanky lads out there, how do you manage exercises like squats and push ups? I’ve recently found I can adjust the angle of my arms and hands which helps a bit.
