We have an elderly parent in Temple. I would like to find a meal prep place to pick up or deliver meals that can be microwaved, similar to HEB meals. I would just like to get different options. I'm looking for things that a boomer would want and actually eat, Chicken Fried Steak, meatloaf, fried chicken, mashed potatoes, mac and cheese. They won't eat things that don't have salt and are full of broccoli and brown rice. Is there anything like this available in the area?
