Hi all, found this tiny little baby in a mall parking lot right next to another baby who had unfortunately already passed away. She kept running into the street, and after searching for a while for her mama, I finally picked her up and took her to the vet. I promise I really looked and looked for a mama cat EVERYWHERE, but couldn’t find one. Also, she was so tiny and looked like she hadn’t nursed in a while.
She’s currently in the vet’s ICU, where she’ll be staying for the next 3 weeks. They’ll be treating her for fungal infection, which was in large patches all over her, and helping her get stronger with proper nutrition.
Right now, her file just says “Stray Kitten,” but when I pick her up after treatment, I want to give her a proper name. Any suggestions? I was thinking of Flea.
