I don't have a payment method since my country does not provide any, but I do have some google play points that I got using crypto before it became illegal in my country lol. But my question is, can I use the Google play points to get an in-game 10$ coupon to buy something that costs 9,99$ (in the fine print of the coupon it says that it can be used with anything at or above 9,99$) without having a payment method?
