I'm looking for some good work shoes that can withstand a lot of dust - trying to stay away from leather since I wore my good leather boots to work and the dust means I had to constantly clean them to keep them looking good. I have to walk/stand/climb ladders/do a lot of heavy lifting. Would prefer something pretty versatile, as I skew from casual to clean casual with how I style myself.

I believe I had new neighbours move in about a few months ago, and the noise levels have been awful ever since, and I'm wondering if it's time to file a complaint about it
At nearly all times of day, they blast their music or their television, to the point I can hear it from the middle of my main room in my studio apartment. It's most audible from the bathroom vent, leading me to believe it's maybe my upstairs neighbours. I have several dated recordings of the noise, as I work early mornings and need to be asleep by 9-10pm to be up for 4-5am. I've tried knocking on the roof, I've tried calling up the vent asking them to turn the volume down, nothing has worked.
Part of my hesitance on filing is because I tried to see with my landlord if I could move into a bigger unit that was cheaper in the same building, only to be told they only let people move within the same building for "valid reasons" and that "wanting the lower price is not a valid reason", and I worry that this will actually work against me. I also don't want to be the person complaining for meanial things
Is this interfering with reasonable enjoyment? Thank you.
