Wrapping up my Meng Merkava MKIV, and I'm feeling like I may have unfortunately overdone it with the wash. Thoughts?

I'm at 220 Security points now and can't for the life of me figure out when the mission for Sec Lvl 5 is supposed to unlock. I've been running every single mission the terminal gives me, over and over. Am I missing something?
