Trying to get a read when I should prioritize earnings vs unlimited PTO.

I have two job offers. Both remote and the hours will be 7am-2pm. They’re both pretty flexible on a day to day basis.

One job has unlimited PTO. People actually take quite a bit of time off. The other job has 10 days of PTO, 6 additional days of PTO I can use on Fridays only and then a chunk off around Christmas time.

My question is, what dollar amount would make you choose the job with limited PTO vs unlimited PTO?

Assume other benefits are pretty much the same (one doesn’t provide higher 401k match for example).
