Planning to do a floral themed 30th birthday for my fiance in Newport Beach late June. I'm looking for any suggestions/recommendations for a place to rent a duffy boat, bars, and nice restaurant for dinner with sunset views (that's pretty much the itinerary).

Also, would 2 hours on a duffy boat be sufficient? We've never been on one before.
