Hello fellow knitters! I am currently working on my first knitted sweater and I don’t understand how to continue with the pattern. The pattern is in German, but I will try to translate as best as I can.

I have just finished the body and colorwork part and next is the knitting of the neck. I have 148 stitches on my circular needle. The pattern now says this:

Knit 1 Round and take off the 13 middle stitches of the front. Knit back and forth. Continue the raglan decreases on each round from the right side of the work and also decrease on the sides each second round 2 stitches once and one stitch 7 times. Knit 28 ( from this point 10) raglan decreases. You keep 37 stitches on your needle.

From there on you continue the ripped part of the neck as followed:

Knit evenly across the decreased part of the front. Knit the ripped pattern (2 knit 2 purl) but regulate the number of stitches to 80 in the first round.

I don’t understand it at all, am I supposed to only knit on the front part? How do I turn the work then? How do the decreases at this point work? How do I do the ripped part with the decreases stitches later on and how do I regulate the stitches from 38 to 80 in one round?

I am so confused, the pattern is stated to be for beginners and it has been so complicated and there is no video or further instructions. Please help

The pattern is: repeat me by garnius

Thanks in advance
