Hi,

So I will be a PCV in Mongolia for the next 2 years however I have 3 months training. I really want to get a sleeve on my other arm when I get there, but the issue is I speak two languages: Russian and English. I don’t know of any tattoo artists in UB that can use English but I was wondering whether people here would know the best spot?
