How do you deal with zero feedback?

I get about 150-200 downloads per week and every episode I have CTA for reviews and feedback but most people are flies on the wall. They dont leave any reviews at all, negative or positive. I'd really appreciate any critique at all. Do you like it? Do you hate it? The silence really sucks tbh.

Uploading episodes to the ether can be demoralizing despite seeing steady downloads each week.
