Hey, I’m currently in Gorakhpur and looking to team up with a couple of people to find a good 2/3 BHK together. I'm finding a lot of leads for 2/3BHK but I'm a single working professional so i dont really need extra rooms.

The plan is simple:
• House hunt together and share leads
• Each takes one room
• Split rent and common expenses

The budget is flexible depending on the property, but roughly 10-15k per head. Furnished preferred, but can manage unfurnished too. Move-in ASAP.

This way, we can get a much better place at a reasonable cost per person.

I’m a working professional looking for a fully furnished 1BHK in Gorakhpur, preferably in a flat/society setup. Open to outskirts/localities as well.

Requirements: AC, fridge, bed, work table, and gas stove/induction. Parking is needed. Availability of househelp (or easy to arrange) would be a big plus.

Also open to joining a 2BHK as a roommate if there’s a vacancy.
