38F, officially diagnosed Autistic and ADHD. Recently did WAIS-IV and I'm trying to make sense of what's actually being measured here.
My index scores:
VCI: 95 (Average)
PRI: 123 (High average to high)
WMI: 133 (High to very high)
PSI: 127 (High average to very high)
FSIQ: 121
The 38-point gap between VCI and WMI is what's been bothering me. From what I've read, anything beyond ~1.5 SD between indexes is supposed to make the FSIQ less interpretable, and 38 points is well over 2.5 SD. So is the 121 actually telling anyone anything useful?
Looking at the subtests, lower VCI is essentially driven by Information = 5, while Similarities and Vocabulary are both 11.
Anyone else with AuDHD show this kind of profile? And did your psychologist actually interpret the FSIQ, or treat it as basically meaningless?
