(Athletic) Chris Drury Losing Fans Faith with Lack of Transparency
- Big kudos to Vince for even putting out this article. Dolan and the organization have taken a bunch of flack recently between that Wired article and the follow up on that from Pablo Torre on his YouTube channel.
I hope Vince doesn’t end up losing access to the team but credit to him for speaking his mind when no one other Rangers writer would dare.
- Forget about Drury for a minute and his ability as a GM. I don’t think this is the correct way for anyone to operate. That even goes for Leon Rose who was mentioned in the article as not having an open presser since 2021. I just don’t see how the Knicks and Rangers can ultimately be successful if they operate like North Korea. This is just a toxic work environment for all members of the team and staff that work for MSG.
Do I think anything will change? Absolutely not. It’s just a shame this is the way it is because MSG should see us as fans and supporters and not just customers. At least other organizations make half an effort to make fans feel appreciated
