Question for Bridal Shop Owners: What’s Actually Working for Your Website?
Hey everyone! I’m currently helping a client build a Shopify store for a bridal/formalwear business, and I’ve been getting really curious about how bridal shops are handling their websites and online presence right now.
Would love to hear some real insights from people actually in the industry:
- Do you only sell wedding dresses, or also prom dresses / formalwear / quinceanera, evening gowns?
- Do you currently have a website? If yes, what platform are you using?
- What are the biggest problems you run into with your website or online sales process right now?
- Are most of your customers coming from TikTok / Instagram / referrals / in-store traffic?
