They just really confuse me, I've been drawing for almost a year now and for every other part of the body, even if I haven't mastered it, I at least "understand" it.

I try to break it down into shapes and it just doesn't work, I try to follow tutorials and it also doesn't turn out right either because I can never get the shapes right, they are so frustrating...

I don't mind practicing for a long time, I just want a good method or a resource
