Does this happen to anyone? app crashes frequently on iPad and when i open it again my reference photos start slowly degrading into this pixel-y mess. Only happens with clipping from other works on the app. :( even when it doesn’t crash this tends to happen. Seriously thinking about shelling out for procreate.

I'll be blunt, I'm a gay artist who wants to attend Talkington. TTU has actually been pretty much my final decision for the coming Fall semester, until I heard about the chancellor's latest memo. Almost all of the work that I want to make at the college would focus on or around these topics. It would be great to get a temperature check from any current student at the university, and especially from visual artists at Talkington. Bonus points if you are LGBTQ+ yourself.

How do instructors of the arts feel about this? Would you expect any pushback from them if you submitted works with LGBTQ+ themes? Reduced grades? harsher critique than other students receive? point blank unable to submit such works? Or would I be completely fine? Anyone have recent stories about similar such situations?

What about professors at the university in general? Is anyone excited or happy about this?

How have students as a whole taken the news? Do you notice a shift in the vibe around campus? Would you feel safe being openly gay, bi, trans, etc. ?

It would suck to have to turn everything on a dime because of this, please be as honest as possible, and thank you all.
