Has anyone had this happen? Watched arrived today, seemed reasonably well packaged. Took the plastic off and was looking to resize the bracelet and noticed this huge crack!

Am I totally fucked now or do I have any recourse with the TD to get this sorted out? Bought off of Puretime.
