Okay so am like 20 ish body fat and I want to cut. I’m aiming for a 1000 deficit. I feel great during the day full of energy and the scale is going down but at night the sleep is beyond terrible I mean I’m literally not even sleeping 2 hours some nights. I was diagnosed with maintence insomnia back in Feb 2025 but at maintence calories It improves. I’ve tried this before and I did about a month and it didn’t correct itself. I eat mostly Whole Foods lots of protein and weight train and do sports (I do BJJ) regularly. I’ve tried the basics you know those sleep hiegene magnesium glycinate food away from sleep food close to sleep more carbs more fats. The whole lot. None work and I take a multi vitamin omega 3’s and vitamin D daily. No one seems to understand my situation so please I’d love your advice :)
