Hello, I work at a hardware store, and we use the zebra ZQ620 label printers. We have been having issues with the printer printing too low on the tag cutting off the information on the bottom (see image attached). I have tried tweaking some settings in zebra device utilities and it has not helped. I have also changed the "label top" setting on the printer itself and that also does not work. I should also mention this issue is happening on 2 of the 9 printers we have. All the other printers print fine. The printers work with EPICORs eagle mobile+ software and i have also tried tweaking the setting through epicors software and that has not helped either. Does anyone have any experience with these printers and have any tips or trouble shooting steps that could help resolve this issue?
