How to know when to change estate agent?
So we have had our house on the market since January 2026. 2 bed house in Surrey, right next to a good school so it's quite an expensive place to live.
We have generally had 2-3 viewings a week since with a couple weeks where it was very quite so we dropped price (it was at tops end of valuation).
We have had 2 offers in the time, it is shared ownership so we have it on for the 75% share and 100%, first offer was accepted and at full asking price for 75% share however she failed affordability so can't go anywhere and 2nd offer was too low at 20k less.
my dilemma is that although we are getting regular viewings I just don't feel like we are getting anywhere.
Could it be the estate agents not being able to get the sales or is it just the market? it's on for a good price so not worried about that
