As alluded to in the title, I tried to clean water spots off my windshield with 30% vinegar but the closer I got to inspect the spots, they seemed to be inside the glass. I cleaned the inside of the windshield and the spots didn't budge. I took a closer look again and the spots seem to be in some intermediate layer? They don't appear to be *on* the glass. Any help on how to clean them would be greatly appreciated.
