I have a law office contacting me by phone and I think they’re in violation of FDCPA as well as UDAAP. I haven’t received anything by mail and the voicemails are saying I’m going to be transferred to legal. I don’t even know what they’re trying to collect on. I’m worried they’ll sue me and then garnish my wages. I googled the law office and it’s real. I think they’re based in New Jersey.

Does anybody think I have a case against them? I’m not sure if I should contact a lawyer even though I can’t afford one.
