Hoping someone can fill in the blanks that don’t seem to be announced by GAA.

Is there any pre-determination of which winners/losers host R2 of the All-Ireland? Or is it random come the draw. Has there also been any confirmation on when this draw would take place?

I’m heading to Ireland over the course of that weekend, so would love to catch a game, but struggling to plan with no details on the draw.
