Found on some Polish group, someone found this in his father's closet after 30 years
Great way to get camouflaged during anime convention
Commercial DPM OPFOR jacket/battle shirt, I'm on the fence if I should get it or not, because that's 100% not my size lol
Irish DPM rain suit pants arrived, so I've thought I might as well show them to you guys, as well as the pants that I mentioned earlier in my post here
So Paddies first or so the saying goes, very decent pants, they do have two pockets or should I say pocket holes, so you can easily access them, to bad there aren't any on the back, but that's not a great problem, maybe later I'll add on some back pocket access panels (nooooo muh resale value)
There are suspenders and drawstrings to easily adjust the pants to your posture, sadly suspenders are sewn in, so even if you unclip them, there are still those annoying braces that are left, but that's not a big deal unless
On the pants legs there are velcros, to also better adjust the pants, so if you like your pants legs nice and tight, so no pesky water will get in, this will come handy
There are also zippers that you can unzip all the way to your knees so it's easier to quickly dress up in case of sudden rain
Compared to British DPM rain pants they definitely feel bulkier, I think it might be a downside of those, as I usually carry my rain pants with me in my backpack
So, to summarize, solid piece of gear that will last you a long while (or so I think, if anybody has experience with those, please share lol)
Anddddd there's the Helikon-Texs pants, I have worn them over a week or so and so far they seem great, lot of room carry your stuff, they seem a bit resistant to water and dirt, so for the price I got them, 10/10 choice, on the small note though, they seem louder while walking then I anticipated, but hey, bend of cotton and polyester tends to be loud, the only thing I don't like about them are those strings to better adjust the pants legs, they really don't want to stay tied down, so I suggest replacing them with something better
I think colors are off because of lighting, but it seems like those are Irish DPM goretex pants?
