How to replicate the multiband compressor from premiere pro? To raise my voiceover volume
Hey - I have a audio-tecnica ATR2100 USB which tends to record my voice really quietly unless i'm right up to it.
I'm making gameplay youtube videos where I have a mix of my live-reaction voice and post voice-over voice.
When I do voice overs in premiere, even if my voice sounds quiet, I just throw on a multiband compressor on the track (which has both my live and post recorded voice), and premiere raises the volume for me and levels out the loud and quiet parts to be roughly even.
But on davinci, it seems like it just levels it out but doesn't raise my voice volume? So my voice-over voice sounds super quiet, can't hear it over the gameplay noise. If I just raise the gain, it sounds distorted.
Wondering how I can replicate what preimere pro does. I want to switch to davinci but this would kill it.
