New homeowner here - Garner, NC area and last year my lawn looked like this first picture. Current status is the second picture. I believe the grass type is centipede. Is this just winter kill being we had a oddly cold winter this year? Not sure how to fix it amd hoping to get some guidance from the law gurus on this forum. Can add additional close up pictures if needed. Appreicate any advice.
