Found phone, hat and sunglasses near Spanish banks, locarno beach
I found a phone, hat and a pair of sunglasses on Monday morming near the east end of Spanish Banks in the residential neighborhood. Call your phone. I will charge it. Not sure if I have time today to drop it off with the carrier.
