Hey all, has anyone here used an ekbacken worktop from ikea to make a desk before?

i was looking to get the typical lagkapten desk but then heard that you can't really mount stuff or bash it as its a cardboard core (i rage sometimes)

anyways, would the ekbacken be suitable for a desk and would it be able to hold up my triple monitor setup with the PC also on the desk?
