Buying a home that is currently rock landscaping. Will soon have a child and currently have a dog and would love a nice yard that is comfortable to play in. It would be a north facing lawn. Some google searches say buffalo grass with clover is a good start. Any other plants to add or tips are appreciated. Thank you!
