I've since discovered an organisation who have made a ****short version****
of the form for collecting the experiences of people who have gone through a pip assessment or had any involvement with PIP at any point in the process - even if you were awarded it, or gave up before the assessment stage which is very relevant (although less structured which might be tricky for some people I'll add). I'll add it here in case this was a barrier for anyone. It's also ANONYMOUS.
Context: so earlier last month I posted about the review and how members of the public could fill a form to detail their experiences and what went wrong or what wasn't right about the processes and more.
I also have not yet filled this myself for several reasons and might also fill this in as it seems much more accessible. Just as long as you don't click the link, get to the generic form and remember/get distracted by something else to talk about (though I'd recommend using it for this too) as it's their general form.
