Shocked at lack of improvement

I am 3 days into 12 months of the whoop 5.0 and honestly it’s no different to the 4.0 I sent back 18months ago. I’m incredibly disappointed.

  1. No meaningful feature improvement: Lifespan might be cool when I unlock it. The biomarkers is cool display feature but generally not telling me much more than the bloodwork results I uploaded.

  2. Strength trainer: Just terrible, no improvement whatsoever. I hate it.

  3. Calorie burn: Calories outside of cardio activities are still wildly inaccurate for example, I burnt 1500kcals during my 14km run on Saturday (pretty accurate) but then burnt according to whoop only burnt 1500kcals for the remaining 22.5 hours of the day (I’m 6 foot, 90kg male who trains 7/8 times per week).

Honestly wish I see the Fitbit air before I ordered the Whoop.

Anyone agree/disagree? Am I missing something?
