Is it possible to buy a vehicle as a foreigner?

I am visiting Greece for an extended visit (2-3 months) and would rather buy a vehicle for that time instead of renting. Is it possible as a non citizen with an American license? What are the bureaucracies involved if so? Any and all input is appreciated.

Im coming to Greece for an extended visit (2-3 months). I want to buy a motorcycle if, but also open to buy a car as it seems to be cheaper than renting for that period. I have an American license. Is this at all possible? If so what is the bureaucracies involved? Im ok with it being impractical within reason as it is a dream of mine to travel around Greece on a motorcycle and I am in a time in life that can allow that. Any input is much appreciated

My grandfather passed recently and I found these looking through his estate. I posted on r/whatsitworth and they recommended I post here as they said they (especially the first one pics 1-3) looked like coins.

My grandfather recently passed away and my family was looking through his estate. Found these buttons. The first two (pics 1-5) have some respectable weight to them. The last one feels pretty light. I dont know anything about them but I know he loved to travel and is an archeology buff.
