I finally got a chance to take my new bike out for a long ride on the gravel roads of western Loudoun County, Virginia, and it is amazing. The model name is the Sauce, from the geniuses at the Haute Bike Company (Haute Bicycle Co) in Richmond, Virginia, USA. It has a custom geometry steel frame (I needed a higher stack due to old shoulder injuries), Cane Creek 30th anniversary Invert Fork, headset, and stem, Zipp 303 XPLR S wheels with 50mm Cinturato M's, and a Shimano 825 DI2 drivetrain. The matching frame and top tube bags were made by Jack's Sacks, also in Richmond. It rides like a dream, and it was a really fun experience working with Wilson and Stephen at Haute and Wes at Jack's Sacks to come up with my dream gravel/adventure bike.
