I am looking for an editor and creative who can help me produce shorts for YT and Tiktok from my gameplay footage on Siege.

I have made some shorts that hit 20-30k views on Tiktok but I realised it's too time consuming to do everything by myself and I'd like to stress here that I need someone who can have an opinion on what works, what doesn't etc.
