Net income 14,100/month, i have a truck payment at 950$ but that is my only debt besides my mortgage. We want to upgrade to a bigger home but i guess Im a little worried? We have not been making this kind of money for a long time, I just don’t wanna get in over my head… our living expenses come out to around 2,500/mo not including the truck or mortgage. Can i afford a 650k home? I am a disabled vet so I wouldn’t pay property taxes..and have a guaranteed base floor of 4400/mo from disability.. a mortgage on 650k would be about 3700/mo for me..
