I live in a new appartment building its only a year old and has built in ac in wall. Had no issues but all of suden all ac keep tripping after 10 minutes. I did submit a maintenance request but until it gets fixed need some guidance as to what ciuld be the isssue. Did clean the filters

I really just need everyone's perspective .

Do spells need to be repeated regularly or be one and done? I know im not asking about a specific spell but based on everyone's personal experience how do I decipher which spells need how much repetition?
