Can't figure out if this is sebderm and I don't have access to a dermatologist
I've been dealing with skin/scalp issues for 10+ years with no help from any primary care doctors I've had in that time. None of them have given me a diagnosis, and have all prescribed different treatments that haven't helped all that much. I'm very disabled so I have a difficult time with consistent self care, so that could definitely be a factor. The last photo was after washing my face, and I've stopped exfoliating due to it getting very red like that, inflamed, and VERY painful.
