I missed collecting my degree certificate from my university(India) and only recently submitted the application for it. Unfortunately, I likely won’t receive it before submitting my PR application.
I’m planning to include an LOE explaining the situation, along with my WES report, transcripts, and provisional certificate. Has anyone been in a similar situation? Is explaining this in an LOE enough, or could it negatively affect my application/profile?
