Hii 27(F)
So last year I slowly lost 20lbs getting into running and training for my first marathon.
I hit my ‘runniversary’ and have been feeling amazing. I took this little before video at the beginning of track season hoping to see an after….. but I look roughly the exact same. I’ve been stuck at roughly 145lbs for a solid 3 months.
I attempt to not obsess over the number on the scale to much, but I would definitely love to have some fat loss! I know I currently sit around 32% body fat and would love to see if I can get down to 28%
(Diet wise, I’m a gluten free vegetarian, I don’t eat a ton of processed faux meats, but I do undeniably have a sweet tooth. Not buying them doesn’t help, I know how to bake…from scratch)
