We serve milkshakes and currently use a BiB system to dispense shake base, then mix it with soft serve. It works, but it’s messy, DIYish etc.
I recently did a walkthrough with a CFA operator and saw their setup using a KanPak 211. It looked super clean and efficient. especially the dispensing, refilling, and overall workflow. When I asked about it, he didn’t have much detail since corporate handles their equipment.
I’ve tried reaching out to KanPak and Golden State Foods to see if they work with independent restaurants or have volume requirements, but haven’t gotten anywhere yet.
Has anyone here found a similar system? Looking for something cleaner, and less hands-on than the typical BiB setup.
