There's the Mages College in Winterhold and Harry Potter but how come I've never seen a Knights College?

Yes you get to learn swordsmanship from Sir Bernard in KCD but that's more of a tutorial than a school and there's a swordsmanship guild in KCD2 but all it offers is a training ground, one or two side quests, and a tourney that keeps repeating itself.
