As title says, I want to learn to play Dance With STEEL BALL RUN and I saw the tab from this guy on youtube:

I just want to know if its a realistic goal and what do I need to learn to play it? I saw a 5 minute video on reading tabs and it from the looks of it, it doesn't seem too bad. Just gotta get the vibrato down and work my speed up over time to get the timings right.
